FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

How long will it take to receive my order?

Items will ship 7-10 days after the purchase date. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled. Shipping will take 2-5 business days. Please note that transit times may be longer due to weather conditions or COVID-19.


Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

Yes, you will need to register with your name and email address if you’d like to place an order. This is so that you can receive order and tracking information, review past purchases, save your address for future purchases, and check any credit balances (if applicable). Information will not be shared or used to solicit in any way.


What can an Inspirato store credit be used for?

Inspirato store credit can be applied towards any item on the site. If your total is more than the credit amount, a credit card will be required for the remaining amount of the purchase.


Can I return or exchange an item?

You can begin your return/exchange here.
 

Returns: If you are unsatisfied with your purchase due to defective material, you may return it and we will refund your credit card for the entire amount. If the product was not ordered correctly (ie. wrong logo, color) Metron cannot accept the return.

Exchanges: Apparel items may be exchanged if the size you ordered was incorrect. You are responsible for shipping and any other additional charges to return items to the address provided. Exchange will be processed when the item(s) arrive at our warehouse. Returns or exchanges may be made within 30 days of delivery. All items must be unused and unwashed. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned apparel and/or item does not meet the previously listed criteria.


If your package is returned to us because the address is incorrect, moved, incomplete, missing data, or no such address we will attempt to reach you via email and phone. If we don't hear back from you after we contact you 3 times and 10 days after the package was returned to us; your package will be deemed abandoned and will be discarded. You will be responsible to place an new order with the correct information.

I am returning an item purchased with store credit, how does that work?

Orders purchased with store credit will be refunded back to your original form of payment. Store credit will show up in checkout screen when logged into your account.


I misplaced my gift card, what can I do?

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on purchases, but the customer is responsible for any shipping costs with a return or exchange.


Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, international shipping is available.


What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Inspirato gift cards.


Is gift wrap available?

Gift wrap and personalized gift messaging are not available. The standard return/exchange policy applies.


Do you ever add new branded Inspirato items to the store?

Yes! We add new items from time to time, so be sure to check back regularly. We also add items on a seasonal basis so that you always have the right Inspirato gear throughout the year.
